“Viel besser geht es kaum vom Ambiente und Service bis hin zum Personal”
Everything was great except that it wasn’t in my budget class. Nothing else.

Every part of this hotel is sheer luxury. The surroundings, the rooms, pools, food and hospitality are second to none. Nothing at all
“Excepcional”
It’s hard to find something negative, because it was exceptional. The treatment, the facilities for absolutely everything. When we arrived they had a better room than the one we were assigned. The pools have different water temperatures, two of them very warm, plenty of space for all guests. The only negative I could mention is the wait time at dinner when it wasn’t a buffet.
The facilities were fine, but we didn’t get a chance to use any of the restaurants and they didn’t inform us. The drinks were hyper‑hyper expensive.

We had a truly exceptional stay at Paradise Cove. From the moment we arrived, the concierge welcomed us and the check‑in was smooth. The hotel really is a paradise, with incredible facilities including the spa, gym and heated pools. I even booked a Pilates class, and the view from the peninsula was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel has thought of absolutely everything, and the little touches in our room made our stay even more special – even the welcome pineapple! 🍍 The staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was some of the best I’ve ever had, with everything beautifully presented and such a great variety. Breakfast was also fantastic. The gardens are exceptionally well maintained and perfectly manicured, making the whole resort feel so peaceful and beautiful. The entertainment was great too. We were invited to a cocktail hour during our stay, which was such a lovely touch and a wonderful way to feel welcomed. They also had a number of water sports available inclusive of our stay; we chose snorkelling and it was brilliant! We genuinely cannot wait to come back and will continue to highly recommend Paradise Cove to our friends and family. In fact, that’s something I’ve never really said or felt about a hotel before – there was truly not a single downside to our stay. Everything was perfect! 🤍 That we had to leave :(
