The location was fine, but the lady at the front desk referred to her coworker as the brown lady because she was dark‑skinned, and she kept swearing the F‑bomb while checking me in. She asked if I could rent another room next to the one we already had, but was told they were all booked solid, even though she claimed many rooms were vacant. I will never stay here again and won’t recommend it.

The staff were running late for breakfast, it wasn’t on time, nothing was in stock, and it was chaotic. I was there about three months ago and it was run by different people and was a much better experience, and they never ran out of anything.

Check‑in was easy because we had prepaid; the website reservations default to that. However, I discovered there are other rooms available that aren’t listed on the website, so you have to call the business directly to see all options. The breakfast service has gotten worse over the past year. There used to be someone attending to the food during service, but this time there were no eggs one morning and only one serving the next two mornings, and the pastry selection was depleted on two of the three mornings. No napkins were provided and there were few plates. I know there have been management changes, but they haven’t improved the service overall. Microwaves are another issue: last year they were in the rooms by default, now you must request one and there’s no guarantee you’ll get one. We managed to get one and used it in the room, but we also had to bring a power strip and extension cords. They supplied a power strip so we could use the microwave while the two outlets were occupied by the TV and mini‑fridge. Phone charging plugs are inconveniently located; the outlet is behind the bed and used by lamps, so I had to use a long extension cord with a three‑plug end.
