80 m² · Für 4 Gäste
Garden views are visible from the living area, which includes a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher and kitchenware. The Holiday Lodge provides two separate bedrooms and three beds, accommodating up to four guests. A private bathroom with a shower serves the room.
“Relaxing stay”
Clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked for everything you need. Nothing else to add.
“Disappointing cost did not warrant standard of accommodation”
We loved the location, it was perfect for visiting family in Yapham and the setting was lovely. However, we were pretty disappointed with the state of the place - the outside area was dirty, with old socks and other debris under the seating, and the windows were filthy. The TV was held up with a game and the fridge handle was awkward to use. For £1600, we expected a lot more.
“Peaceful and Relaxing”
We really enjoyed our stay - the lodge was clean and comfy, and the site was spotless. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the food at JJs restaurant was delicious, with loads of gluten-free options. However, our "lake" view was a bit of a joke - it was just a shallow hole with a foot of water in it.
The hot tub was sunk into the floor, which made it tricky for a couple of our guests to get in and out - we were worried someone might slip and fall. It would be great if they could add some removable steps or something to make it safer.
“Nice lodge but Wouldn’t state again - didn’t get a warm welcome from staff. Better places with hot tubs”
The lodge was nice, and the hot tub was a highlight, but we had some issues with the kitchen. The oven wasn't working, so we couldn't cook our pizzas and ended up having to bin them. The dishwasher was a mess and didn't clean our dishes properly - we had to clean out two months' worth of food from the filter.
