The rooms were clean and spacious, the location peaceful, and the staff were extremely well‑behaved and helpful; the food was also good.

The staff were good, and because it’s in a hill station, having hot water for baths and washing was helpful. The curtains, bedsheets, mats, and comforter were nice and clean, and the towels were also tidy. The toilet was broken and the flush tank needs attention; some plug points didn’t work, which would be better addressed; there were also water‑separation marks on some walls that need fixing.
