The staff were excellent and communication was great. The location is very good, with many nearby cafés, bars, and restaurants, and the area felt safe. I didn’t have breakfast, but there were plenty of local and inexpensive options. Nothing was missing; it’s great value for the money I paid, no frills but ideal for a two‑night stay.

I liked the historic building, the elevator, the stairs, and the lively vibe around it, but the bathroom was a bit cramped and had no hanging spots for clothes; the towels also smelled strongly of old fabric and needed changing.
The location was great, close to the central station, Metropark, taxis, and the subway; the room was spotless, the building was new but set in an old palace with a distinctive atrium; a shelf in the bathroom would be handy; there is a shared kitchen area for coffee or microwaving food.
