The facilities, cleanliness, bungalow design, and location are perfect if you want to feel surrounded by jungle. The first bungalow we got had two beds but no hot water; the next night we were kindly moved to Bungalow 3, which we actually liked more because it was deeper into the jungle.

The stay was very pleasant; the spot is idyllic in the middle of the jungle for bungalows. Cobá is just a 2‑minute drive for meals and visiting the archaeological site. Breakfast was very light, the only thing to improve. Everything else was perfect, the room and bedding were top.

The bedrooms were beautiful and the setting wonderful. It was great that we could use the free hotel bikes and that the staff were friendly. The pool was really dirty and we didn’t see anyone using it during our stay. The hot tub was also very dirty. As other reviews have mentioned, breakfast was really poor.
