The location was great, and there were no particular issues.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The location was superb, close to the subway and trains, and the quiet, peaceful street where the house sits is a real advantage in a crowded city like Osaka.

場所が少し、わかりにくかったですが、事前にgoogleマップで確認していたので、 特に問題はありませんでした。 外観はともかくとして、部屋などは思っていた以上に きれいな状態で、管理人様にも、大変親切な人でした。 特に、ウォーターサーバーがあり、清潔に保たれておりました。 また、洗濯機も全自動の最終乾燥までできるタイプの 洗濯機でした！ 全体的に、すごく使い勝手がよかったです。 ありがとうございました。 ちなみに駐車場は国道２６号線方向に イクスパーキング松という駐車場があり、 そこを利用いたしました。めちゃ近いです。 ※このあたりは一方通行が多く、この駐車場も 北側から入り、南側へしか出れませんので要注意です。 また、こちらの方面に行くことがあれば、ぜひ使わせてもらおうと 思います。 本当にお世話になりました！. 特に問題はないのですが、 始めての人はキーバンガーの開け方が分からないかもしれません。 カチャカチャしているうちに何となく空きました。 開け方の動画もしくは、ここを引っ張るや引くなどの表示があった方が、 開けやすいと思いました。 ２Ｆに上がるときの階段が急こうばいになっているので、 お年寄りなどが一緒に泊まるときは注意が必要です。 今回、年老いた両親と一緒に宿泊させてもらいましたが、 １Ｆに自分たちで布団を敷かせてもらう対応をとりました。 若い人だと、まったく問題ないと思います。

The place was easy to use and clean, but the address was confusing; I had mistaken it for another building at the same street number, so a prior announcement would have helped.
The exterior looked old, but inside it was freshly renovated, stylish, and clean. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated that pets were allowed as long as they were on a leash. The stairs are steep, so small children might be frightened. Also, because it’s tucked away in a residential area, you can’t park right in front of the entrance to drop off luggage, which was disappointing.
