The host was great and the place comfortable; I’d definitely stay again.

The price and location are good. The towel was clean but very old and grey from use. The fabric softener smell was too strong—the bed linen and curtains smelled so much it made me feel a bit sick. There was no fridge in the room.

The bed was comfortable and the area quiet. The annex is attached to a house in a housing estate, so it felt like sleeping in someone’s room that had moved out for the night. Sliders in the bathroom belong to whoever lives there, and there were other toiletries as well. Steep steps led to the room, and it was cold; the heater was in the room but took a long time to warm up.

The jacuzzi bath was amazing, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the room was cold, someone’s slippers were left in the room, and toothpaste and bars of soap were used in the bathroom. Check‑in was easy, the TV was a good size, and the value for money was great—I’ll definitely return.
