The location was excellent, the staff were awesome, the place was super clean, and I recommend it 100 %.
The location is central.
The location is good. The cleanliness could use improvement.
“The location was nice, but not noise insulation and room cleaning/maintenance”
The spot was spot on, and the room got a decent upgrade, though it still had a bit of dust on the floor and the sink was clogged. The window that faces the main street let in a lot of noise because the insulation was poor. The breakfast that arrived in the room was better than the usual fare in Naples, but not as good as it used to be a few years back. It was generous, yet I’d have liked a single traditional patisserie instead of too many options.
“Great location, Clean, and Helpful/Attentive host”
The place is fantastic, spotlessly clean, and the host was super helpful. Nothing else to note.
