The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the hotel’s lack of communication left me completely lost. I sent several messages asking for the Chinese address and name, got no reply, and even when I tried to order a Didi with the English address the driver said he couldn’t drop me off there. I ended up wandering around with map apps until the staff at the nearby Atour hotel called the place and gave me directions, but they still worried I’d never find it.
