The location was great, but the room was infested with roaches—several were crawling everywhere as soon as we entered. The bed had stains, the bathroom was dirty, and I never felt so unclean staying somewhere.

The service was excellent and everyone was kind, but the building feels a bit dated.

The customer service was fine, but the pool was disappointing.

Great location, clean rooms. Housekeeping didn't come, so with 3 of us in the room, we ran out of shampoo and conditioner after the first night. The supplied shampoo and conditioner were in very small squeezy things

I chose this place mainly because of its location, and that’s the main reason I keep coming back. The staff were also great. However, there was no hot water, the furniture was old, everything was rusty, and I had to kill a German roach one day.
