The staff and location were fine, but there was no Krueger coffee pot or any coffee ready first thing in the morning. Between the coffee, parking, and the coffee, the extra cost was at least $50 per day.

I booked a room for my daughters. My youngest daughter was told she couldn't check in. My baby girl called me and said my oldest daughter needed to be added to the reservation so they could check in, so we added her. My 38‑year‑old daughter arrived and they still did not let her check in, so there was no room and no refund of 282.80. Very disappointed in both companies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from check‑in to check‑out, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The location was perfect, especially because it was very close to the conference I was attending, making it easy to walk back and forth each day. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and offered great value for the money. No negative points.
