“Magnifique”
The staff were calm and genuinely friendly, which made the atmosphere pleasant. The only thing that bothered us was the lack of a television in the room.
A very good, comfortable hotel with everything you need; the rooms are spacious and offer a stunning view of the lovely village. The staff are kind and attentive, and the mid‑altitude location was a relief during the heatwave. I can’t think of anything that was missing.
Everything was tip top, exactly as we expected. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed at a beautiful historic hotel in Troistorrents that’s easy to reach by public transport. Arriving on a Sunday in the off‑season meant there was no dinner service and no breakfast because of low occupancy, so we headed to a nice tearoom in Morgins instead. Still, we appreciated being able to check in that evening after pre‑registering, even though the front desk was unmanned at the time.

The lady who greeted us was incredibly kind and helpful—she left a bottle of water in the room and adjusted to our timing needs without any hassle. We felt very well taken care of during our stay.
