The location and the many parking spaces in front of and around the property were great. The hotel looked dated, the bathroom hair dryer had exposed wires and was placed under the toilet drain that dripped condensation. The restaurant menu offered very limited options. The room was small. The shower leaked, soaking the floor. The floor was dirty and the air from the air conditioner smelled bad.

The location is great, everything is right next to us. We were on the 3rd floor; the room was a bit cramped, otherwise fine.

The hotel sits in a great spot both near the sea and the low city centre of Grottammare. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, and the staff are kind and knowledgeable. The room and dining area were spotless, and I highly recommend it. However, they should inform guests to move their cars because on Thursday mornings at 50 MT the weekly market takes place, which led to my car being towed and a €280 fine.
