We were two women booked to share a room, but the place felt unsafe because we had to share a bathroom and kitchen with other people, which was not what the listing promised; we left immediately, requested a refund, and it was denied.

The scenery was gorgeous, but every time I used the bathroom the toilet seat was always covered in pee, and a child was using the toilet with the door open.

“CAUTION!”

The view was amazing and the place looked comfy, yet we were stuck with a shared bathroom, a tiny room, and a kitchenette; we thought it was a hotel as advertised, but the host imposed his own house rules that weren’t listed, the common area wasn’t for guests but shared with two other guests while the host stayed in one room, we weren’t identified and our card was swiped immediately, and a dispute with the payment processor is ongoing – false advertising and disappointment.

The view was nice, but the host and staff were unwelcoming and overly strict, with too many rules that made it hard to enjoy the stay; the pictures and facilities shown at booking didn’t match what was actually available, and the host’s harsh, unprofessional communication and poor conflict‑management skills left a bad impression.
