The room was good and generally fine; the executive floor was at the breakfast lounge, but the lounge was closed even though they billed us for it. The breakfast level at the lower‑floor restaurant wasn’t the best compared to other Hiltone properties, but it was decent.

A gorgeous hotel – we’d recommend splurging for the 54 m² lake‑view room, the breakfasts were excellent, and there’s a mall with all the shops right nearby, plus a park; everything was perfect and the price‑to‑quality ratio was superb.

The breakfast was top bill - loads of choices and it was all really tasty. But I was a bit miffed about the indoor playground. The brochure made it look way bigger and like it had balls and stuff, but when I got there, it was tiny and didn't have any of that. Two of the staff even told me it didn't exist, which was a bit confusing.
