The staff were excellent—efficient, welcoming, and they give information that improves your stay. They do their job so well that you don’t need to ask or remind them. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and incredibly large for this hotel category. The beds were super comfy. They don’t serve breakfast, but the hotel is close to many restaurants for meals, and they also have their own on‑site restaurant. Nothing really negative.
A great studio apartment to stay in Cebu City. It’s located in a small neighborhood, within walking distance of many restaurants and cafés. Check‑in is handled by a front desk just like a regular hotel, so it’s quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities (toiletries, desk, chair, air‑con, etc.).
I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, and the staff quickly resolved any issues with the shower and electricity by switching me to a different room. Unfortunately, the noise from the street made it difficult for me to sleep, but I understand that's not the hotel's fault.
The bedroom itself was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and let us pay the 1000 peso deposit later because we didn’t have cash. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mold visible in the corners of the shower and between the tiles.
The restaurant on the second floor was good, but there was no TV or other entertainment in the room.
