Reyna Hotel Hanoi & Spa

The location is great. The breakfast is disappointing.

“Was conveniently located to the hospital”

The hotel's proximity to Hong Ngoc hospital was a major plus, but unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown. I booked a non-smoking room, but the stale cigarette smell was still pretty strong. The hotel's age and outdated decor didn't help, making it feel like a step back in time.

“My stay at Reyna Hotel this time”

I was pleasantly surprised by the Reyna hotel's breakfast, service, and room quality, which all exceeded my expectations. While it's not a five-star hotel, it's a great option for those looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price. However, I did have some issues with communication before my stay, as I sent multiple emails and messages that went unanswered. When I asked the front desk about it, they seemed confused, so I just dropped it and headed to my room.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, it's right next to a busy road, so there's a lot of noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for the noise a bit. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, but not perfect.

The hotel's location is fantastic - it's right in the heart of the Korean town, so you're close to all the shops and restaurants. However, the room had a bit of a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. Still, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for a convenient location.
