The hotel was beautiful and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and the pool and spa area were excellent, but the €30 per night for a dog felt a bit steep, the heating was set too high making the room hot and dry, and the pillows could be better.

A calm vibe, friendly staff who were very helpful. The food was good and the hotel bar was quiet and nice. The SPA was clean, well‑equipped, and had a brilliant view of the Latemar. Nothing negative.

We came back this year after staying last year and the experience was even better! The spa area has been significantly expanded and improved. The rooms are even nicer and the food is spectacular. A special shout‑out to our waiter Marco (as promised 😊), who was super kind and helpful. We can’t wait to return.
