My companion left valuables behind at checkout, but the staff quickly called the emergency contact and, because we were still near the hotel, we were able to retrieve them safely. Thank you so much for that. I’d love to visit again when I’m in Funabashi! The room was spacious and comfortable 😊

“amazing host”

My stay completely exceeded expectations! The high floor offered an incredible view, and the room itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities—including Netflix. A huge shoutout to the helpful security guards who guided me when I first arrived. Most of all, the host was hands-down the best I’ve ever had: proactive, caring, and constantly making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. nil

From a woman’s perspective the hotel was spot‑on – the bath and toilet are separate, the bath salts and skin‑care items were plentiful for a tired traveler, and the welcome drink and water supplies were generous. Nothing major to complain about, though after the bath the view is completely open, so a curtain or screen would be nice, especially for families with children.
