“Overall we had a good stay as all we wanted was quiet pool time, but still, price value wasn’t quite there.”
The property itself looks nice and the rooms are spacious, yet it feels a bit crowded; the pools are great and we were upgraded to a better room when we arrived. However, the resort promises more than it delivers; many things are off. You have to use an app to order drinks at the pool or food at the restaurant, which is cumbersome because the app is unreliable. The staff seem bored or unfriendly, except for the cleaning ladies who are extremely friendly and helpful. At check‑in you’re told about the app, parking, and that you must book a restaurant table the night before. The resort layout isn’t explained – we only found a third pool on the last day. There are two breakfast options: an à la carte menu (not mentioned at check‑in) and a buffet. The buffet is disastrous – not because of the food, but it looks like raccoons ate it by 9:30. Breakfast ends at 10:30, and by 10 am the staff are already clearing plates. The village feels more like the Ballermann in Mallorca, but with Brits instead of Germans.
