Our family holiday at this hotel was a delightful experience, with the staff's helpfulness and the hotel's convenient location making it an ideal choice for a family getaway. However, we encountered a minor issue with the soap and shampoo supply, which slightly marred our otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, making it a great choice for families.
