Since there were no foreign guests, I could enjoy a quiet stay and the night‑time bar was great. The breakfast, however, ran out of items quickly and the leftovers were mostly plain, and the room still smelled of perfume, which felt a bit strong.

The rooms felt clean and the facilities, including the large public bath, were nice. It seemed a bit busy at the time, and I got the impression that some staff members handled things a little carelessly, though that’s just my view.

We enjoyed the on‑site hot spring, the clean indoor areas, and the breakfast and its service, but in a double room for two people there was only one long pillow and no spare pillows were available despite having booked and prepaid, so I wish they had provided two; also, the third parking spot wasn’t explained, so please add that information to the instruction sheet.

Breakfast was included and the bed felt very comfortable. The building has only one elevator, which meant I had to wait a long time, and the smell from the smoking floor travelled up the lift, which was off‑putting for a non‑smoker.
