We loved everything about this hotel: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect for us, they left a beautiful welcome detail, the breakfast was super tasty and varied, the location was ideal for getting around Lima, and everything was super clean. Everything was great :)

The room was nice and comfortable for my two children, my husband, and me; we rested well with no noise, and the air conditioning worked even though the climate was cool and not too necessary. The location was well‑central and in a safe area. Everything was fine except on the last day when we were leaving early for Cusco airport and requested a lunch box more than 24 hours in advance; when we went to pick it up it was missing. It was an administrative or shift‑communication failure. If not for that mistake, I would say it was very good.

The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are attentive. The breakfast is very good. Remember to bring earplugs for the night; Peruvians honk a lot.
