The air conditioning in the bathroom was warm, but the blanket was as thin as my patience, even though the room was cold—hope the manager can replace the bedcover soon.

The place was nice, but the address on Booking was incomplete, showing only a municipality of about 12 square kilometres, forcing a two‑hour trek with 20‑kg backpacks through night streets that we couldn’t find during the day; locals kept giving different directions each time, and I wasn’t obliged to use Google Maps. We ended up walking an extra 5 km unnecessarily. The hotel knew we were a group, yet the room had only one blanket and one towel, and the second blanket that was later provided smelled of smoke. The sink in the otherwise dirty bathroom didn’t drain, toilet paper was missing, one power outlet didn’t work and another was installed 3 metres up on the ceiling—an absurd design choice. Wi‑Fi was practically unusable, smoke and noise from the terrace outside, and a foul odor from the bathroom waste. I’ve slept in many places from Pulau Wah in Sumatra to Timor, but this is the worst accommodation I’ve experienced; even lower‑rated, cheaper places were better. I definitely do not recommend it.

The breakfast spot offers beautiful views, and during the day it’s also a nice place to hang out.
