BELLA HOTEL Phu Quoc

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view from the window. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was simple and convenient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a view of the sea and night fireworks, air conditioning, an elevator, a lobby water dispenser, and a great location near many restaurants and attractions; the staff were very enthusiastic and patient, helped book a cheaper airport shuttle than Grab, and I will definitely come back. The pillows were a bit soft.

“Disappointing and dirty”

The location Is great and the girl in the reception was really really nice. But the room was not clean at all. Hair everywhere, dust, food crumbs, a lot of ants 9pe and the sheets were really dirty. I had to sleep with a long pj and put a t shirt on the pillow because it was dirty and disgusting. It is a shame because overall the facilities weren't bad and it could easily be a 10/10 but the room was sooooo dirty I'd have to give it a 3/10. Disappointing and not worth the money

“Great value for money is the perfect location.”

The staff offered great help, sharing tips about the area and activities. She assisted with my laundry and overall made the stay pleasant. There was nothing to complain about.
