I was abruptly cancelled without any notice. When I arrived, they told me the payment hadn’t finished and that because I was coming after 6 pm there were no rooms left (the room I booked through the app had been given to someone else). I had just finished a long trip, was carrying a baby, and I expected at least a heads‑up, an apology, or a recommendation for a nearby hotel.

I thought the hotel was reasonably priced and the room was comfortable, but there were a few things that let it down. The desk in the room wasn't very comfortable for working, and the WiFi was pretty slow.
