There was no welcome from the staff, the room wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the noise was unbearable with people banging doors and talking loudly while others slept.

I drove six hours after booking and paying in advance, only to find my room was cancelled due to overbooking, no refund, and as a repeat customer this feels like a joke; I’ll never stay or recommend this place again and had to spend a fortune to book elsewhere last minute, so I want my money back.

The room was clean and offered good value, but parking charges were outrageous—£10 for 24 hours added to the room cost and the room keys kept unprogramming themselves, so I had to keep going back to reception for new ones.

Room and bathroom was clean, service response was very poor. There was no remote for AC. Staff response was very poor, we called so many times, no answer of phone. Room was on 1st floor, no lift. Reception team response was very poor
