Upon entering the hotel, a subtle mint aroma filled the air, which felt very pleasant. The room size was fine, it was clean, and the bedding was spotless. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The hotel is a 10‑minute walk from Okayama Station and Aeon, and about a 20‑minute walk to Okayama Castle and the back park. The location is very convenient.

The rooms are very spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The central AC, however, does not allow the temperature to be adjusted in the room.

The hotel is well‑situated in the middle of a lively district, and thanks to the windows, there wasn’t much noise. The rooms feel more like a business hotel. The bathrooms are outdated, and the buffet began to be taken down before the official breakfast time had finished.
