“A fuir et sérieusement”

Breakfast at 9:30 am had nothing left; the pool had no loungers, and you had to pay 100 dirhams for a towel. We booked a double room with a 10‑year‑old child and were told the child had to share the adult’s bed—shameful. Nothing else.

“A beautiful and relaxing stay with my little boy — our second visit and definitely not our last! ❤️”

I’ve stayed here twice, and each time it was wonderful. This time I came with my little boy and it felt even more special. The hotel is very comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time together. I felt completely at ease traveling with my child, which is very important to me. I would definitely return. Nothing in particular was wrong; it was a very pleasant stay.

“Un rafraîchissement à prévoir”

The staff were really friendly and did their best, yet the hotel looks dated and needs a refresh; we waited three hours for a room after 3 pm. The team is clearly understaffed—still kind, but overwhelmed. The hair‑salon feels stuck in the 1980s, and the poolside mattresses are worn out. The price simply doesn’t match what you get, so an upgrade is overdue.

“L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement.”

The location and the pool were good, but the front desk staff were disappointing. We had requested connecting rooms a month ahead, yet never received them and the rooms ended up far apart. Breakfast was always the same, and our experience this year didn’t match the much better one we had last year. The Wi‑Fi on the fourth floor was subpar, and it was noisy at night.
