The location was good, the host welcomed us and showed us the charming loft on the top floor of a house, close to the vineyards and recently renovated. We came for a wedding, but on Sunday at 9 am a worker on the host’s pool woke us up, finished at 11 am right when we were leaving, and when we dropped the keys in the mailbox a hand appeared but no one greeted us or asked how our stay went—very impersonal.
