“Very disappointed”

The last room I received was acceptable but it was the third change offered; the first water‑scalding hot shower couldn’t be turned off, which was dangerous and should be checked for health and safety—luckily I wasn’t badly burnt. The second room still had a shower problem, constant noise from reception and the stairs because the room was at the top of the stairs. I was woken at 6 by a constant drone from the kitchen extractor fan that ran all the time. I booked a seaview room overlooking the flat roof and road. I couldn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, even though the website said food was available.

“Horrendous”

It smelled, hygiene was appalling, the door was broken, dead cockroaches were behind the bed, and there was mould/damp on the ceiling. I checked in and checked out in less than 30 minutes.

“Sofort wieder”

The location right on the sea was exceptionally beautiful and the rooms were large. We stayed in a double room with a side sea view, and the hotel was very nicely decorated. The bathroom drain had a slight odor, but it was fixed.

“Enjoyed our stay near to all amenities”

The breakfast was well prepared and served, though a few pieces of fruit and some yoghurt were missing.
