I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this place, which was misleadingly advertised as a hotel but turned out to be a house. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and reeked of a strong smell that made it unbearable to stay there. The location was also a major issue, as it was situated very close to a garbage-filled gutter canal that emitted a terrible stench.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise, considering its proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for our brief visit to Madurai. Although the area wasn't particularly upscale, the room was equipped with a good air conditioning system and a comfortable bed. However, there was a minor booking mix-up, but the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this hotel, which refused to honor my reservation despite it being properly confirmed and validated when I arrived. The excuse given was that the hotel was fully booked, but this seemed like a flimsy reason to me. Needless to say, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
