“Superb”
Mauro, the host, welcomed us with a friendly, professional demeanor and impeccable manners, offering tips for the South West Phuket beaches—Nui, Ya Nui, Nai Harn, Ao Sane, Kata Noi—as well as the Elephant Sanctuary, Big Buddha, and nearby islands like Coral and Racha. The host supplied towels and beach mats for every excursion, which was incredibly convenient. I surfed for the first time at Kata Beach, just a few steps across the road, and had to take several photos to capture the moment I could stand for five seconds. The coffee at KataGuestHouse Tuscany is the best I've had in Phuket, and the croissants are excellent. For just £123 for two people over four nights, we saved a lot compared to nearby resorts that charge five times that amount for the same beach access. I also appreciated meeting someone with the same name as mine. Thank you, Grande Mauro!
