CGH is a brand that inspires trust and warmth, an experience that once you get used to, no other experience matches it. They have done a fabulous job with staff training and customer orientation at Visalam. This is a fantastic property. Kudos to Visalam & CGH.

The staff were outstanding, especially Mohun and Shiva, but the place isn’t very senior‑friendly or accessible for disabled guests.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly, but the location made it hard to reach the towns.

We had a great stay at the Visalam. Food—breakfast, lunch, dinner—was very good; there wasn’t a huge buffet like a 5‑star hotel, but everything was excellent quality, with authentic aromas and flavors. The lady at reception, the dining staff, the coffee kiosk, and housekeeping were all very courteous and ready to help. The only downside was that the response time was sometimes a bit slow, but that small shortcoming was outweighed by the excellent attitude and courteous behavior.
