The location was perfect and the room had very new furniture; the pre‑booking service was excellent, but I didn’t like the arrival moment – the gentleman who served us was very serious, and we felt he deceived us with a bottle of water that cost 5,00 € for less than a liter, and the TV in the room could play Netflix and other platforms but they were blocked, as if they weren’t there.

The location is great, but the whole night was noisy because some toilet on the floor was broken, and no one was at reception to help. Breakfast was sparse, with little variety, no natural items, and no protein options—only fats and sugars.

The village is beautiful but the weather was bad. I'm 74 and was at a 3rd floor. :( no elevator, of course! It's a very old village
