The room’s comfort and the staff’s attention were great.

The person from the reception who was of Kazakh origin was very helpful; thanks to him. The rooms are small, but for just accommodation I can say it’s an ideal price‑performance spot. The common areas were clean.

The receptionist was helpful and kind. It could have been much better, especially with the cleaning.

The young woman who greeted us upon arrival was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful, and her customer service was the only bright spot of our stay. I absolutely do not recommend this property. We stayed for three nights and the experience was extremely disappointing, unpleasant, and concerning. On the first night, around 11 p.m., a woman was locked inside one of the shared bathrooms, smoking an unknown substance, coughing constantly, and repeatedly spraying a very strong air freshener, apparently to cover up the smell. The odor was disgusting and overwhelming. When I returned at 6 a.m., the horrible smell was still there, and the bathroom remained closed. On the second night, I noticed a man inside one of the shared bathrooms. Shockingly, when I returned around 6 a.m., he was still there. I found this extremely strange and concerning. Even worse, when I came out of the bathroom, I saw a small rat! I was horrified and immediately rushed back to my room. When I went downstairs to leave, I noticed that the main entrance door had been propped open with a small piece of wood, apparently allowing people to enter without using the normal access system. I cannot confirm whether the man was a guest, but this situation made me feel extremely unsafe. The apparent lack of hygiene, supervision, and security is completely unacceptable. Guests deserve clean bathrooms, a safe environment, and peace of mind. Prague is a beautiful city, but this accommodation became one of the worst experiences of my trip. Management seriously needs to address these problems. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking this property.
