The hotel sits on a small hill with a muddy road, and on both days the ATV got stuck and couldn’t carry passengers up, so I had to trek in snow and mud with my one‑year‑old; the place isn’t set up for many guests, food service was difficult, the room stayed dirty for our two nights and they never collected the plates, they claimed we didn’t leave the key but when we returned there were three men in the room supposedly updating the TV and using our bathroom, they left when we entered, and the TV was still unchanged, so I’m not sure what they were doing.

The property is beautifully situated and the staff are very helpful, though the drive up can be an adventure and on snowy days it’s scary because cars can’t reach the top.
