“Alles gut”

The accommodation is good, the staff very friendly, the breakfast also good. Unfortunately the S station is 15 minutes on foot away, not ideal with luggage.

There are toothbrush cups, which is nice. My room was very quiet this time, flawless. At the reception, some of the younger staff are occasionally a bit inattentive with greetings when you arrive or leave the hotel. A major drawback is the lack of at least a shelf for hanging laundry – occupying half the desk isn’t satisfying. You can’t hang everything on a hanger! I’ve stayed in simpler hotels that had a wardrobe, a multi-level shelf, or a dresser.

Bad smell in the room, the window couldn’t be opened because it was so loud outside all night.

“Gute Unterkunft”

The staff were very friendly and checking in was hassle‑free; parking in the underground is free, and the rooms, beds and bathroom for short stays are perfectly fine. However, the courtyard rooms stay noisy late into the night because of cars opening and people talking, so if you like to sleep with the window open bring earplugs.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great for the price; the decor is a bit plain but everything is clean 😀, and both the U‑bahn and S‑bahn are easily reachable.
