“Nice rooftop but a stifling, noisy room”
The rooftop is a real plus – it’s got hammocks, a microwave, fridge and all the kitchen bits you could need, even though it sits right by the road and can get noisy. The bedroom, however, feels cramped; the bed is up on a mezzanine and the air‑conditioning is an extra daily charge, so it gets hot fast. On top of that, early‑morning construction and a dog that yaps all night made it hard to get any sleep.
“Cozy room with unexpected AC”
Got a really nice room and the host was welcoming; the surprise was that there was air‑conditioning in the room, which was a nice touch. Everything felt tidy and comfortable.
“Quiet, comfy rooms and a relaxing pool area”
This place gave a quiet vibe and the beds were super comfy, making it easy to unwind. The front desk staff were welcoming, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool area turned out to be a perfect spot for relaxing. Definitely a solid choice for a comfortable stay.
“Bright spaces, friendly staff and a sweet sunset”
The common areas are spacious and bright, and the private rooms felt clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly – even the hostel cat got a lot of attention – and the location gave a great sunset view plus handy amenities. All in all, a pleasant spot to hang out and rest.
“Friendly welcome and a great terrace lounge”
Emma met us right out of the taxi with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room stayed cool with just a fan, and the hostel itself was spotless; the terrace lounge was the best place to relax and meet other travelers. She also gave solid advice on booking activities and how to get to Guatemala next.
