“Avoid - unreliable”
I came to Prague alone around noon. The front desk had a tablet, but they never sent me a QR code, so I tried calling twice on the tablet with no answer. Ten minutes after arrival, an email told me my booking was cancelled for no reason. I spoke to someone who confirmed the cancellation but still had no explanation. A camera, alarm, and voice box in the corner blared a hostile message telling me to leave immediately, which was embarrassing and unacceptable, especially since my stay was just cancelled upon arrival. Avoid this place, especially if you’re traveling solo. If you arrived at night and this happened, it would be even worse.
