The room size is good, and there’s a large terrace to sit on. The owner’s father let us stay twice. We paid for a trip to the harbor, which is fine. Occasionally there were spider webs in the corners.

The airport transfer was free, and breakfast was very tasty; each day we could choose between Nasi Goreng or pancakes, and even on the day of departure we could order breakfast very early. A scooter was available for rent at 100k per day. The surroundings were great, the people friendly, there were cuddly dogs and cats, and tea and water were free. The rooms were clean and we had a wonderful time, even extending our stay for another night. The only downside was the cold water, but that’s common in Bajo at all accommodations I’ve checked.

I loved staying here; it felt like being part of a family, and I’ll definitely return. Everything was great.

Zusammenfassung dieser Bewertung
The guest house sits in a quiet part of town and is run by a friendly family. The rooms are clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and good AC. There’s a water dispenser plus a communal kettle, coffee, and tea, but don’t expect the water to boil quickly! Scooters are available for rent and are required unless you don’t mind a long walk or an ojek into town. There is no hot water in the bathroom, but it’s “warm” enough. Water pressure varies. Restaurants can be found nearby, but choices are limited.

It was excellent value for money, with a friendly family and a nice room that had AC. There were plenty of friendly dogs around the house and a gorgeous cat that demanded a lot of love and attention as soon as you left your room. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, and we would definitely stay again. Just a note: some might find the last few metres of dirt road from the paved main road to the house a bit “creepy,” and when we first arrived we weren’t sure if this was the place (as Google Maps claimed it to be), but everything was fine, no worries. A bigger sign for the guest house would be helpful, maybe. It is not within walking distance from/to the centre, but if you rent a scooter or arrange a Grab ride (both very cheap anyway) it is no problem at all. Also, there is no hot water for the shower, but that is pretty usual in Indonesia.
