Nothing pleased me; the hotel manager was an old man who was rude and ill-mannered. There was no water, no kettle, no bathroom stalls, and when you ask for them they say pay for it. Breakfast was terrible and everything else at the hotel was bad.

I strongly advise guests to be cautious before booking this hotel. Our stay was very disappointing because the hotel does not look like the photos. When we arrived the room was completely different from what we had seen online. The receptionist explained that the photos were AI‑generated, which accounts for the big difference. We were upset and left to find another place. In my view this hotel is not worth it, and I would tell others to verify the actual condition before booking. The room was totally unlike the pictures and the hotel failed to meet our expectations.

The only bright spot was that public transport was easy to find. Otherwise it was a bad experience. They overbooked and the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they moved us elsewhere. That place was okay but we had to ask for everything, even basic needs. The staff were unhelpful and breakfast was poor. I would not recommend this hotel for families.
