“Grand Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist”

The breakfast was varied and tasty, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the staff were always friendly and professional. The mattress sagged and left a hollow at hip height on both sides of the double bed, even after a room change; I’m normal‑weight. The hotel feels old‑fashioned, with worn edges, stale fixtures in the bathroom, and an unpleasant smell in the spa relaxation area. The staff cleared my table while I was still eating—perhaps they need better training on utensil signals. The USB port next to the bed didn’t work and there are hardly any outlets in the room.

“Slightly away from the hustle and bustle but premium quality hotel”

The hotel has a very old worldly charm and looks beautiful inside and out. I didn’t use the spa, but my family said it was amazing. The room was very quiet. The breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Mr Hassan who made it unforgettable! I didn’t know that the comfort room category lacks a desk, which is awkward if you’re working in the room, so I’d suggest upgrading if you plan to work.

“An excellent place to stay!”

As the name implies, the hotel sits right on the edge of a park with green lawns and big trees. The building itself is grand and the indoor swimming pool is beautiful. The room is spacious and stylish. The real highlight is the breakfast, with a huge variety and top quality. Without upgrading, you’ll get a room overlooking the deck of technical installations, pipelines, metal structures, and workmen’s walkways.
