The AC worked fine and we set the temperature to our liking. The furniture was old and smelled old, mold in the bathroom, broken pieces of furniture, and the gallery in the room was detached!

The location was fine. They say they have WhatsApp, but they don’t. Since the TV is a smart TV, it is practically unusable without the remote. Breakfast was awful—always the same items, and it was the exact same spread served on weekends (though, incidentally, I wasn’t served it, whereas another guest was). The most amusing part was the way they kept making excuse after excuse to justify the unjustifiable.

I have no good opinion at all. It was not maintained at all. When I arrived, the linens were dirty, hair strands everywhere, unpleasant and moldy smell. Hot water was missing. The bathroom looked very bad. There was no capacity on the ceiling. It was clear the apartment was not maintained. In the drawers I found fragments. The bed frame had dust. The wall was moldy… Disappointing.
