“Miserable and waste of money”
The location was fine, but the room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable; we were told the A/C was fine, yet a man who claimed he didn’t really work there but was still on payroll tried to fix the remote. We slept poorly, itching all night, and woke to a bed covered in someone else’s dog hair—disgusting. My daughter’s allergies flared, causing constant coughing and sneezing, so we left early. The front desk said there was nothing they could do after I booked, and it was just not a happy experience—I won’t return.
