The room was clean with a stunning view; if the beach had a view, this room had it, and it was quiet at night. The hotel owner was enthusiastic and friendly, offered dining and activity recommendations, and helped make the family’s experience convenient. My parents and son all felt comfortable staying here. I’d prefer a sofa set over the wooden furniture in the suite, a more modern look. The kitchen cabinet should be white to brighten the room. The main and bedroom doors could be lighter and switched to key‑card entry. The bathroom is fine, but the shower head should be checked, and ideally the whole bathroom upgraded for better aesthetics. Also, the back entrance on level 1 is on the main road, often closed, giving the impression it’s not open; if possible, move the front desk to that back entrance or open level 1 and staff to help guests check in on the ground floor.
