The room wasn’t cleaned, trash wasn’t taken out, towels weren’t changed, shower water sprayed everywhere and there was no runner. Toilet paper was the worst. Breakfast was mediocre, dinner was very mediocre, and the spa was awful.
We enjoyed a one‑night stay; the location just outside Sofia on the hill is great, the food was delicious, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was excellent value for money.

Close to the mountain trails; in room 203 the shower head was broken and water sprayed like from a faucet, the bathroom was poorly designed and everywhere was wet, and the fridge or something in the room was making a noise.

A chic mountain hotel surrounded by nature. We arrived late, but someone was ready to hand us the keys. We stayed in a nicely decorated two‑bedroom apartment that came fully equipped with slippers, bathrobes, and all the bathroom essentials. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet, and breakfast offered a rich selection. However, guests who had to sleep on the sofa bed instead of the main bedroom found it quite uncomfortable and hard; adding mattress toppers would help. Breakfast had a good variety, but some items fell short—the orange juice was undrinkable, the coffee machine wasn’t working, which caused a long queue, and the staff handling it were not very friendly. We also noticed chipped tableware. It would be very helpful to have English‑speaking staff, as communicating with reception was nearly impossible.
The fresh pine forest air will leave you impressed; the rooms are clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities, warm blankets, and bathrobes; the restaurant is wonderful with a view of magnificent firs, and the service goes beyond the menu—just say what you want and they’ll offer something you’ll like; everything is 10+.
