Extended Stay America Suites - Nashua - Manchester

“Enjoyed our stay”

I didn’t use the facilities, but there was only one set of towels per person for a 3‑day stay.

“A gross unkept waste of time and money”

The rooms were dirty and the AC units didn’t work. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful; I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. If you’re looking to save a few bucks, stay elsewhere—this place isn’t worth it.

“Okay accomodations at a decent value; friendly and accommodating guest services.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had to change my reservation last minute due to a family emergency. The room wasn’t particularly clean—the floors were the most noticeable. As a “studio” with a kitchen, there were literally no utensils provided; they had to be picked up at the front desk if available. A coffee maker would have been the bare minimum. There was no dishwasher or oven. Common amenities were extremely bare-bones: no pool or fitness center, and the vending machine had a very sparse selection. I was hoping for an iced coffee the next morning, but the only option was an energy drink. The property listing promised a radio, hairdryer, alarm clock, dining area, and carpeting, but none of those were actually included.
