The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast varied and tasty, and the staff were exceptional! As a celiac, Candy and Jarry made me feel no problem eating; Candy helped me every day with breakfast and dinner, and I spoke with the chef to create special dishes for me. Jarry’s smile and great attitude made our stay amazing; nothing negative.

“Mesés élmény”

The experience was wonderful, special hospitality! The restaurant, food, and our room were flawless: comfortable, spacious, and clean. The only small note: we would have loved the pool to stay open until at least 10 pm, because after daily sightseeing we only managed to use it once before it closed at 9 pm. The bubble bath and jacuzzi didn’t work, so we couldn’t try those either. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the front‑desk manager, Itziar Marato, whose attentiveness, helpfulness, and extraordinary kindness were unforgettable. She helped us a lot and provided such personalized service that we’ll never forget it. We wholeheartedly thank her; people like her make a hotel experience special. Despite the minor issues, we recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a special experience and attentive service.

The staff delivered flawlessly, meeting the high expectations of a Ritz‑Carlton. While you could stay at a Hyatt, St. Regis, or Hilton, this experience reminded me that the Ritz‑Carlton truly focuses on unparalleled service, living up to their credo of “Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen.” Maintenance, especially at the jacuzzi, needs improvement; the sloppy waterproofing is a glaring eyesore and falls short of Ritz‑Carlton standards.

“Living up to its reputation”

I liked the location, the staff’s helpful attitude, and the breakfast service. The rooms were clean and serviced twice daily. They helped us book a Peking duck restaurant in town, and I’m especially grateful to Itziar Maroto for arranging that.

The location is convenient, with many cafes and shopping centers nearby and close to attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff are always ready to help. Breakfast is a buffet with a sufficient variety of food. The staff are friendly, and many speak English. The room was “tired” but of good quality furniture, textiles, and plumbing. I gave a lower rating because the room had a strong tobacco smell. Cleaning was excellent every day. Overall, a good hotel. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and the renovation should be updated since the hotel chain is good.
